SearchHigher is an executive search organisation that specialises in senior appointments within Higher Education
We are a sister company of the sector leading digital employment business jobs.ac.uk, and share the same ethos of providing best-in-class service, tailored to the needs of Higher Education.
Our journey began following feedback provided by leaders across the sector seeking an alternative to the traditional search firms, with search fees not delivering the value they were seeking. Out of this, SearchHigher was developed to bring about a modern take on the executive search model. We combine the extensive global research you would expect from a search firm with an intelligent use of cutting edge digital resources to identify, attract and secure the best talent for our clients.
Today, SearchHigher has advised some of the most prestigious universities on senior leadership appointments at an institutional and faculty level. We work with institutions globally on individual appointments through to larger scale campaigns to bring in the required skills, experience and qualities needed. SearchHigher has successfully advised on a wide range of appointments across the globe, with posts ranging from Vice-Chancellor through to Heads of Department.
