The University of Warwick are currently recruiting a Director of Student Recruitment and Marketing – UK and International within the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer Group Office.
The Director of Student Recruitment is responsible for the development and success of the University’s UK and international student recruitment and student engagement strategies. To provide strategic and operational leadership to deliver the University’s student recruitment strategy and meet annual targets associated with this.
You will work collaboratively with the Directors of Communication, Marketing and Creative Design and Admissions to deepen and strengthen external relationships and partnerships looking to build and develop talent pipelines and leadership capability.
Leading a team of high-performing student recruitment professionals, you will develop, plan and deliver the university’s global recruitment strategy and targets set by the Academic Resourcing Committee.
You will be responsible for driving strategic growth across the post-graduate portfolio via the development of accessible, inclusive and engaging business development and admissions strategies in support of the university’s 2030 strategy, and, deliver a service that enhances the student journey, optimises conversion and positively supports rankings, and career outcomes. All to be driven via a strategic and targeted marketing and communications plan.
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
Educated to degree level, you will have significant experience in marketing and communications in a large complex organisation. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful delivery of marketing and communications campaigns and have experience of working with senior internal and external stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
