The CRM Manager sits within Marketing and Communications. This role is responsible for advancing and embedding the CRM agenda across the University, advising senior management e.g. Deans and Directors on the strategy development of CRM and management of approved CRM systems to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. This role also oversees the functions of the Recruitment Support team and is responsible for creating a robust plan which significantly increases conversion rates.
The CRM Manager will be responsible for leading the development across the University of the CRM strategy and delivery for stakeholder engagement, and be the recognised CRM expert across the University, directly influencing and advising senior management on the best approach to improving engagement with stakeholders. The post holder will have an expert understanding of the role and function of Customer Relationship Management, as well as of the development and understanding of management analytics. The individual will also have experience of managing a team.
The CRM team performs a crucial role in helping the University to recruit students and maximise the value of its relationships with business partners and schools and colleges. The successful applicant will be joining a dynamic and exciting team whose work varies significantly across all its areas of operations, from creating marketing emails to supporting data capture at annual UCAS fairs.
