About the Job
This post is a new opportunity to help support several academic portfolio areas to realise their full potential by bringing expert talent to support the University through a period of transformation. This post will help formulate and implement an academic strategic approach for these portfolios that is aligned with the University’s Strategy. As part of this the post will engage with the key stakeholders to help develop this new academic strategic approach and will need to build and maintain relationships with the stakeholders to ensure their full engagement with the process.
You will be an Academic transformation specialist, inspiring them to deliver high performance whilst truly valuing the diversity they bring.
Some of the key deliverables of the role include:
- Design, develop, deliver, and embed an academic change strategy for several academic portfolio areas, ensuring connection to the University’s business strategy and Vision 2028
- Bring thought leadership, knowledge, experience, and innovation in all areas of strategic planning
About You
You will be a passionate professional who’s been the lead on similar academic cross University projects. You will be used to dealing with different audiences and being proactive in your engagement and how you collaborate. Navigating the University through challenges that they may face as an HEI provider, to best support the Vision 2028 overarching objectives.
