We are looking for a Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for drainage repairs, paving and road repairs, building fabric components work such as roof repairs, redecoration, windows, and statutory checks such as fire door inspections and repairs.
You will be a self-starter and work autonomously within set objectives. Your role is to lead and manage the Building Fabric section and specialist maintenance contractors to ensure all statutory, planned and breakdown works are completed to agreed KPI’s and service statement.

Because of the nature of the estate, walking or cycling across campus is the preferred method of travel, and the use of a car is not essential for the work. There is ample car parking around the campus at a nominal monthly charge.
