Warwick Medical School is seeking an experienced marketing professional for a fixed term contract until September 2017. The purpose of the role is to deliver a full range of marketing activities to meet the objectives of the School and meet student recruitment targets. You will have experience of carrying out integrated marketing campaigns utilising the full marketing mix, across multiple channels, achieving an excellent return on investment. It will be important for you to understand the needs of our market and develop key messages and propositions to increase engagement with our audiences.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as creative flair and an ambitious attitude. We are a small and very busy marketing team responsible for the marketing and promotion of the full range of Warwick Medical School’s courses and research so an ability to manage a busy work load and multiple projects concurrently is a must.
You will also be responsible for managing and organising a full range of internal and external events to effectively showcase our work, students and academics, celebrate our successes and maximise recruitment opportunities. Therefore, experience of event management, excellent organisational skills and a scrupulous attention to detail will be important.
It would be beneficial for you to have experience of working in a marketing context within the Higher Education sector as well as having knowledge of the UK healthcare system and the challenges faced by the NHS.
