UNITEMPS are part of Warwick Employment Group this is a global family of specialist recruitment oriented services, developed by the education sector, for the sector. Owned by the University of Warwick we provide services to support the education community through local and international job boards, executive search and temporary staffing solutions.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Manager with a proven track record in people management within a Recruitment setting.
This is a key role within our UNITEMPS operations team and you will be responsible for:-
- Management of performance against budget and KPI’s for all staffing
- Training needs and training delivery within the Birmingham office
- Development of current staffing, maximising productivity and retention of staff
- Hiring of new starters to the UNITEMPS Birmingham office
- Driving and creating strategy around growing the UNITEMPS brand across multi-sectors
- Developing business opportunities for the Birmingham office, across different education streams including disability support, and other growth area’s
You will have experience of undertaking effective people management and identifying training needs, working to and exceeding budget, driving and creating business development strategies to deliver to a growing brand. You will have excellent communication and people management skills as well as the ability to lead from the front as a business developer for the team.
