WMG are recruiting a Senior Teaching Fellow in Advanced Automotive Powertrain Technology to undertake postgraduate level teaching, provide academic leadership and supervise modules in the area of hybrid and electric vehicles, electrical systems, energy storage, electric machines, high voltage systems, and electronic control. There may also be the opportunity to teach at our overseas centres and supervise research students and student projects up to doctoral level.
With a minimum of an MSc in a relevant discipline, a PhD being desired, you should be a Chartered Engineer and/or have equivalent industrial experience. You will have an in-depth, applied understanding of your subject to enable the development of new teaching programmes and to use a range of delivery techniques to enthuse and engage both full-time and part-time students.
